Košice city in cooperation with its district - Lunik IX. and ETP Slovakia called in spring 2017 public contest - urban design for Košice's district Lunik IX.
Spolka signed up with a proposal. Lunik IX is established with a significant Roma population. Our aim was to contribute to the transformation of the public discourse on the population living in this area, to bring insight into the issues of the district and to come up with innovative ideas, which assume a larger sociological context. Since we care about the solidarity of all people living in Košice, we try to reflect on new approaches to housing and to help vulnerable groups.
